01 The Goal
Create a mobile application for simplifies the process of connecting dental professionals and dental practices for their temporary staffing needs, effectively removing the necessity for staffing agencies.
The client came to us with the idea of creating a platform for connecting dental professionals and dental practices and have possibility in a few simple clicks you can register as a Worker or Dental Practice (Employer), to search and apply for work assignments that have been posted, or to advertise your temporary staffing vacancy, easily and conveniently all within the App.

03 The Solution
We chose a React Native as a main technology for Mobile application. It helps to develop Android and iOS versions using single core.
For the backend we used PHP Yii Framework + MySQL + Firebase.
Besides, we have created a logo, marketing materials and video presentation.

For Employee:
- Managing your profile has never been easier, all your past, present and future bookings are in one place.
- Create and submit digital time sheets and invoices. Track your expenses.
- Rate practice for future reference.
- Find up to date, travel information such as the best route to get to the practice, public transport options and details of any onsite parking availability/restrictions.
- Choose the time and days you want to work, the distance that you are happy to travel within and your preferred hourly rate.
- Get easy access and be notified about the jobs that fit you personal criteria.
- Show potential employers your qualifications, registration credentials and work experience.
- Gain feedback and be rated by the practices you have worked for, for future employers to see.
- Access emergency rates and get paid directly from the practice, avoiding expensive agency costs.
For Employer:
- Choose the locum you know and like by using feedback and rating system (browse locum profiles to check their experience, rating and accreditations).
- Advertise vacancy quickly and easily, for short term or long term assignments, state days you require covering and rate of pay offered.
- Book directly with your selected locum and know your requirements are covered, saving time calling around agencies requesting availability.
- Pay directly to your locum, skip agency fees completely transparent and easy to manage payment system, direct invoicing procedure.
Such solution made it possible to fully cover all the requirements for the system and even surpass them, having a reserve of settings and opportunities for further development of the service.

Successfully created first in the UK mobile application for dental professionals and dental practices with really important possibilities.
Launched landing page for this project and prepared marketing materials for promotion.
